We decided to use an S-10 chassis for this project so I was keeping my eye out for a good deal on an S-10. We picked this 92 S-10 up for $400 and I think it will work perfectly for what we need. I think I'll even try using the aluminum wheels that are on it, we'll see how they look on the bug........ If not I'm sure I can clean them up and sell them.

Without too much work we could have mounted the half of the beetle to the frame and did a little cutting and welding and had "interested" ride... LOL
