There's the engine getting ready to be ripped out.

And there is where the engine was.... LOL With the front of the truck pulled off it sure made pulling the engine and tranny easy. I just disconnected everything put a chain fall on the engine, lifted it up and pushed the truck out from under it.

Here is the engine after I pulled it. I ran out of room to put parts, but luckly I WAY overbuilt my router table, it made a good engine stand... LOL. I ended up selling the engine and tranny and compture for $75.00 (230,xxx miles on them) to a guy who's going to rebuild it and put it in an MG.

Here's the truck after I stripped basically everything off of and out of the cab.

It's amazing how easy it was to stripped down the S-10 and lots of fun tearing down a car too..... Plus I got a few parts I might be able to use in the beetle.
